A narrative-driven commercial originally commissioned by CrossFit athlete Stacie Tovar, later acquired by CrossFit following its release. Structured around two parallel versions of Stacie’s life, the film follows her through the intensity and discipline of athletic training while simultaneously revealing a quieter, more intimate side of her identity unfolding beneath the surface.
Guided by a classical piano composition woven throughout the piece, the story gradually builds toward the realization that the music itself is being performed by Stacie — reframing the entire film through the lens of duality, discipline, and hidden artistry. Through editorial pacing, restrained visual storytelling, and interwoven narrative structure, the project aimed to explore the coexistence of strength, elegance, and personal identity within a single individual.
